This Pet Addendum (“Addendum”) forms part of the main Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Guest and {COMPANY NAME} (“Agent”). By signing this Addendum, the Guest agrees to the following terms and conditions relating to bringing pets to the property.

1. Authorised Pets & Pet Fee
   1. Only the pet(s) you have informed us about and we have formally agreed to are authorised to stay at the property.
   2. A non-refundable fee of £100 per pet applies and will be charged prior to check-in.
   3. Bringing pets not authorised in writing, or more pets than agreed, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
2. Flea Treatment & Pest Control
   1. All pets must be appropriately treated for fleas prior to arrival using suitable veterinary-approved treatment.
   2. If fleas (or similar pests) are discovered in the property during or after the Guest’s stay (up to 7 nights after the Guest has checked out), the Guest accepts full responsibility for all reasonable pest control and cleaning costs required to restore the property to a rentable condition.
   3. If the property must be closed for treatment, the Guest will be liable for loss of income for up to 14 nights, calculated at the average nightly rate paid during their stay.
   4. Such costs and losses may be charged to the payment card on file or recovered directly from the Guest.
3. Care of Property & Cleanliness
   1. Guests must make all reasonable efforts to keep pets off furniture and to protect furniture and fittings from damage.
   2. All pet waste must be properly cleaned up and disposed of. Any pet waste found inside the property or within its grounds may incur an additional cleaning charge of up to £100.
   3. Guests must tidy up after their pets before departure, including hoovering any pet hair and cleaning any areas affected by the pet(s).
   4. Any damage or excessive cleaning caused by the pet(s) will be charged to the Guest at cost.
4. Behaviour & Supervision
   1. Pets must not cause any nuisance or disturbance to neighbours or nearby properties. Excessive noise, persistent barking, aggressive or dangerous behaviour will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
   2. Pets must not be left unattended inside the property at any time.
5. Guest Liability
   1. The Guest remains fully liable for any damage, extra cleaning, pest control, or loss of income resulting from a breach of this Addendum.
   2. All costs are recoverable via the payment method on file or by other lawful means.
6. Compliance
   1. This Addendum is legally binding and forms part of the Rental Agreement. Failure to comply with any term in this Addendum will be treated as a material breach of the Agreement and may result in immediate eviction without refund, plus recovery of costs as outlined above.

By signing below, the Guest confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Pet Addendum.
